Alexandre (Alli) Enyart-Rodriguez completed her Master of Arts in Counseling at the University of Missouri–Kansas City. She is currently working with clients under professional supervision as she progresses toward full licensure.
Her counseling style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. Alli believes therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or overly clinical — it can be a place where you show up exactly as you are. She works alongside clients to make sense of their experiences, navigate difficult emotions, and build practical tools for everyday life. Depending on each person’s needs, sessions may include mindfulness practices, creative or expressive techniques, and conversations that invite curiosity, self-reflection, and even moments of humor.
Alli is especially passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals and finds meaning in helping clients explore identity, self-esteem, relationships, sexuality, sexual health, and body image. She believes growth happens when clients feel safe enough to be honest, human, and sometimes even a little silly.
Alli has experience working with children, adolescents/teens, and adults facing a variety of challenges. She commonly supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, trauma-related concerns, relationship difficulties, substance use, thoughts of self-harm, and the ways emotional stress can affect both mind and body. She is committed to creating a therapeutic space that feels welcoming, safe, and nonjudgmental.
Outside of her clinical work, Alli enjoys spending time with her beloved pets, Ginger Sue and Penny Lou. She finds joy in scrapbooking, exploring nature, and sharing laughs with friends and family. A fan of lighthearted entertainment, she never misses a good comedy podcast. Her warm, empathetic nature and dedication to continuous growth make her a valuable resource for those seeking support. If you’re ready to explore what healing can look like on your terms, Alli would be honored to be part of that journey.
