Alexandre (Alli) Enyart-Rodriguez earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Missouri in 2020 and is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Counseling at the University of Missouri–Kansas City. She has continued to grow her clinical skills through certifications in Critical Incident & Desensitization Protocols and Verbal De-escalation (2024). Throughout her academic and professional journey, Alli has demonstrated a deep commitment to supporting the mental health and well-being of diverse client populations, particularly adolescents and adults navigating complex emotional landscapes.

Alli’s clinical experience includes working with individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, traumatic experiences, adjustment disorders, depression, attention and hyper-activity, etc. While completing her practicum, she was able to hone her skills in creating a welcoming, safe, and supportive therapeutic environment. She approaches her work with a holistic and systemic lens, often utilizing person-centered and trauma-informed care along with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She tends to integrate mindfulness techniques, play interventions, as well as expressive and creative modalities into her sessions, offering an individualized path toward healing and personal growth.

Her professional passions center around helping clients explore and process areas of trauma, anxiety, and identity-related concerns. She is especially enthusiastic about supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals and those searching to heal in areas such as sexuality and sexual health, body image and self-esteem, in addition to relational and family concerns. Alli believes in fostering a collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients feel empowered to embrace their strengths and overcome the obstacles in their lives.

Outside of her clinical work, Alli enjoys spending time with her beloved pets, Ginger Sue and Penny Lou. She finds joy and relaxation in scrapbooking, exploring nature, and sharing laughs with friends and family. A fan of lighthearted entertainment, she never misses a good comedy podcast. Her warm, empathetic nature and dedication to continuous growth make her a valuable resource for those seeking support. If you’re ready to explore what healing can look like on your terms, Alli would be honored to be part of that journey.
