Telehealth
What is Telehealth?
Telehealth refers to providing psychotherapy services remotely using telecommunications technologies, such as video conferencing or telephone. One of the benefits of telehealth is that the client and clinician can engage in services without being in the same physical location. We use a HIPAA compliant software that allows a secure video conversation. Most insurance companies will cover this session, but we cannot guarantee it. Should you have questions you can call your insurance company ahead of time. If it does not cover the private pay rate will be whatever our contractual rate is with your insurance company.
To utilize this telehealth option, please read the below consent form and sign. Some of you may have already completed this form in your intake packets. Feel free to ask your therapist for further understanding.
