Beth Miratsky is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Her previous career experience includes support for people in a child welfare setting, hospice, Alzheimer’s patients and families, long term care, and community mental health, with a broad experience in working with teens and adults.
Beth obtained her Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Nebraska in 2000, and her Master’s degree in Social Welfare from the University of Kansas in 2006. She has a passion for supporting people in developing positive coping skills to regulate emotions, address mental health issues, and helping to navigate an empowering life. She uses a variety of clinical interventions including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy.
In her time away from work, Beth enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She is passionate about spending time outdoors, watching sports, especially Nebraska football, and experiencing new places through travel.
