Haley Moore is a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist who has 13 years of experience working in a variety of settings including healthcare, education, and grief and loss. She has experience working with children, teens, adults, couples and groups. Haley received her Bachelor’s in Secondary Education at UMKC and then began working as a high school teacher. After realizing her heart was in helping her students emotionally, she decided to return to school to get her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Friends University. Haley enjoys learning and growing her skills. She has worked with children, teens and adults in a variety of settings including outpatient and inpatient hospitalization. Haley believes that all clients are capable and have the potential to reach their desired goals. She is dedicated to helping empower her clients by utilizing a variety of techniques inclusive of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths-Based, Solution-Focused, Narrative Therapy, Emotion Focused, and Motivational Interviewing to provide support through the therapeutic process. In her free time, Haley enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching and attending sporting events, reading, learning new things, and being involved in her community.
