Salma is a counselor-in-training passionate about providing empathetic and effective therapeutic support. She is currently completing her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through the CACREP-accredited program at the University of Saint Mary, with an expected graduation in May 2026. This internship is a pivotal part of her path toward dual licensure as an LPC in Missouri and Kansas.

Salma's practice is informed by her holistic educational foundation; she holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Biology from Missouri State University. This unique perspective allows her to appreciate the biological, psychological, and social factors that influence well-being. She is committed to fostering a genuine therapeutic partnership where clients feel safe to explore their challenges.

Multilingual in English, Urdu, and Khowar, Salma is particularly dedicated to serving diverse communities. Her compassionate nature extends beyond her work; she is an active community volunteer, a dog foster parent, and finds joy in horseback riding, knitting, and exploring new places through travel.
