Tiffany is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Missouri with over 13 years of experience supporting children and families as they navigate life’s challenges and grow together. Drawing from her experiences in pediatric emergency medicine, community mental health, and education-based programs, Tiffany’s work is rooted in a deep understanding of early childhood development, attachment, and the impact of life experiences on emotional and behavioral well-being.

Tiffany is passionate about helping caregivers and children feel more connected, understood, and confident in their relationships – through play, consultation and reflective developmental guidance.  Tiffany believes that caregivers are a child’s most important resource. By partnering closely with caregivers, she empowers families with practical tools and insights to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and support long-term healing and well-being.

Tiffany’s work focuses on addressing trauma, attachment challenges, behavioral concerns, and emotional regulation through interventions that honor the unique strengths and needs of each child and family system. She has received extensive training in early childhood mental health and is committed to culturally responsive, trauma-informed care. As a rostered Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) Provider, a trained Integrated Working Models of Attachment Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (IoWA-PCIT) provider, and a Facilitating Attuned Interactions (FAN) Reflective Consultant and Trainer, she specializes in supporting young children and their caregivers in building secure, healthy relationships that foster emotional growth and resilience. With a strong foundation in evidence-based practices, Tiffany integrates play therapy interventions and family-centered approaches into all therapeutic interventions in order to create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for clients.

Known for a warm, collaborative, playful and strengths-based approach, Tiffany’s clinical work reflects a deep commitment to promoting secure attachment and supporting positive developmental outcomes across the lifespan.

Tiffany graduated from UMKC with a BA in Psychology and a Masters in Social Work, in 2007 and 2018 respectively. She balances work with being a mom to three amazing boys who continue to teach her the most valuable lessons of parenthood and life. Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and continuing to learn and grow alongside her own family and the families she serves.
